Any project needs three things: resources, time and expertise. Imago is a member of the Social Justice Fund, and gives generously to programs that contribute to health, education, community building and leadership development efforts both locally and worldwide. Time matters, too, and Imago has a unique “pay it forward” pro-bono consulting program for grassroots nonprofits, increasing the accessibility to much needed resources. Contact us to learn how it works.

Imago is actively engaged in offering professional development training opportunities throughout the community, including working with LeaderSpring as an executive coach in their Fellowship program, and as a trainer for Project LEAD, a program of the United Way of King County. Project LEAD is designed to increase the representation of people of color on nonprofit boards and in other positions of community leadership. Collaboration

“Whenever I read about a new humanitarian relief effort… it is always a story of the power of conversation. Somewhere in the description of how it all began is the phrase: “Some friends and I started talking…” - Margaret Wheatley

Conversation is a powerful thing - that’s where it all begins. That’s why Imago is wholly invested in giving back by collaborating with others to strengthen what we know about community change, people and organizations. We share what we know, and ask: What’s working? Where are the opportunities to work together? What are the next steps?

Imago builds community in this way through membership in professional and collaborative organizations such as the Organization Development Network, the International Coach Federation, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and the Executive Alliance.

Obviously, you gain much as a client of Imago from this wide network. In the end, though, we believe that these networks are what will produce new solutions to the many challenges we face as a world community.
