Angela Powell, MA Principal

My gift and passion for initiating and organizing effective change efforts showed early: as a 3rd grader, I instigated a school-wide anti-smoking campaign that empowered kids to support their parents in kicking the habit.

Since those early days, I have gained over 15 years of practical experience working with medium and small non-profits, coalitions and foundations. I hold an MA in Organizational Development from Bastyr University, and am skilled in the areas of organizational process, executive coaching, strategic planning, fund development, and community development. I have particular expertise and interest in the creation of culturally specific initiatives and strengthening the capacity of small, community-based organizations.
